Welcome to Property Pride!

Property Pride Construction LLC is an owner-operated company providing construction, site development, and property services throughout the DFW area.

With 23 years of combined experience in the trades, including experience in municipal building code inspections, we bring a unique combination of hands-on construction knowledge and an understanding of building codes and industry standards.  We have built our reputation by helping homeowners, landowners, and businesses solve real property challenges.

Based in Denton, Texas, we now bring that hands-on experience and commitment to our customers throughout North Texas as Property Pride Construction!

Because your property deserves more than a one-size-fits-all solution.

Every property is different, and every project comes with its own challenges. We take the time to understand what you are trying to accomplish, evaluate the conditions of the property, and recommend a practical solution designed for long-term function, appearance, and value.

As an owner-operated company, when you hire us, you work directly with the people responsible for getting the job done. We believe in straightforward communication, dependable service, quality workmanship, and doing the job with the same care and attention we would expect on our own property.

Our broad range of experience also means you don't have to call a different contractor for every type of project. Whether you need a driveway repaired, drainage corrected, property cleared, concrete installed, land prepared, or a construction or repair project completed, Property Pride has the equipment, experience, and hands-on ability to tackle a wide variety of property needs.
